Terms and Conditions

1. You (“Buyer”) agree to purchase Millennim Travel Club Certificates. (“Certificates”) from Millennium Promotions (“Millennium”) in accordance with the following terms and conditions: a Each certificate purchased shall be redeemed for the product specified on the certificate only. b Buyer must pay for Certificates in full before shipment, unless Buyer has applied for and had terms accepted by Millennium. Title of all Certificates ordered shall pass to Buyer only after payment has been received in full by Millennium. c Each Certificate ordered shall expire no later than 6 months or 1 year from the date of issue. Any extensions given will be at the sole discretion of Millennium.         2. Buyer shall not resell Certificates to any entity without the express written consent of Millennium.             3. No verbal agreements honored. Certificates cash value is 1/20th of a cent.     4. In the event that a promotional certificate can no longer be fulfilled Millennium reserves the right to replace said certificate with an alternate offer of equal or greater value.     5. Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time but no partial month refunds will be given.     6. Millenniums liability shall be limited to the value of Certificates purchased by Buyer.
